About Kleana Space
A Local Highland Cleaning Company Built for Commercial Standards
Based in Inverness, supporting organisations across Highland, Moray and Aberdeen.
Local service, contract-ready standards
Kleana Space was founded with a simple mission: to provide professional commercial cleaning services that are as good for the planet as they are for your business. Based in Inverness, we've grown to serve businesses throughout the Scottish Highlands.
Our founders recognised that traditional cleaning products often contained harsh chemicals that could harm both people and the environment. They set out to prove that effective commercial cleaning could be achieved while maintaining a commitment to environmental sustainability.
Today, Kleana Space supports businesses of different sizes with a commercial and contract cleaning focus. Our aim is straightforward: dependable service, clear communication and practical standards that make premises easier to run.

We use only biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning products that are effective without harming the environment.

Our team undergoes rigorous training in both cleaning techniques and environmental best practices.
Customized Cleaning Plans
We develop tailored cleaning solutions that address the specific needs of your business and industry.

Regular inspections and feedback systems ensure we maintain our high standards on every visit.
Experience Before Commitment
We believe in building partnerships based on trust and proven performance.
At Kleana Space Commercial Cleaning Services, we are committed to building trust and ensuring satisfaction before formalising any commitments. We believe a contract should be signed only once you are fully confident in our services. That's why we offer a unique three-month trial period without any contractual obligations. This allows you to experience our services and decide if we meet your expectations.
Once you are satisfied and choose to continue with us, formalising our partnership is straightforward. To maintain flexibility and accountability, even after entering into a contract, you can terminate the agreement with just one month's notice if we ever fail to uphold our high standards.
Our goal is to foster a relationship based on performance and trust, not obligation.
We value the opportunity to collaborate and are eager to demonstrate our commitment to excellence. Why wait? Complete the form on our contact page, and we will respond within three hours during working hours. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
